Mental Health Evaluations
Mental health care is our core mission.
We understand that disruptions in mental health can negatively impact job performance, relationships, personal success and overall health.
We are a self-pay office, which means that we do not file insurance. However, we can provide an insurance form for reimbursement of services.
Our initial visit is 60 minutes with a mental health provider, which includes a thorough medical and mental health history, previous medication trials and assessment tools needed to provide an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.
The initial evaluation fee is $200.00 until 01/01/2025.
As of 01/01/2025, the new patient initial fee will increase to $250.00, cash pay or $260.00 with credit card processing fee.
We individualize all of our treatment plans based on your needs. We are not a one size fits all office.
Mental Health Medication Management Services
Mental Health Medication Management Services encompasses all after care once an initial evaluation is completed. This includes follow up visits, medication adjustments, medication refills, paperwork and other needs.
Follow up appointments are 20 minutes and are $100.00 for each visit until 01/01/2025.
As of 01/01/2025, follow up visit fees are as follows:
Current Patient Fee Changes:
$100.00 will increase to $125.00 (cash) or $130.00 with credit card processing fee.
$85.00 will increase to $100.00 (cash) or $104.00 with credit card processing fee.
$75.00 will increase to $85.00 (cash) or $88.40 with credit card processing fee.
We can also provide an insurance form for reimbursement of services.
Payment plans are available if needed.
Spravato
Spravato is a cutting edge treatment for treatment resistant depression for patients with or without suicidal ideation. This treatment is FDA approved and we have seen amazing results in our patients.
Our Spravato monitoring visits are $65.00 and there are some additional requirements needed to start and continue Spravato.

Genesight Genetic Testing
Genesight Genetic Testing helps you and your provider understand how medications work for you. This testing can narrow down the playing field when it comes to trial and error with medications. It looks specifically at how your genetics affect medications and how your body metabolizes medications.
This testing is covered by most major insurance carriers and is $330 or less. If this cost is over $100, Genesight assists patients with payment plans.

Supervised Weight Management Programs
The Cove Collective now offers a supervised weight management program using GLP-1 injectable medications. Other oral medication can be used such as topiramate and phendimetrazine as well.
Pricing for Initial Weight Loss Consultation is $100.00, fees will increase to $150.00 (cash) or $156.00 (with credit card processing fee) as of 01/01/2025.
Which Includes:
A 60 Minute Provider Consultation
Your weight loss goals
Your initial weigh in
Previous weight loss programs or diets
Appropriate healthy lifestyle changes to help meet weight loss goals
Initial blood work order, that will need to be completed before medication will be prescribed
An individualized treatment plan and appropriate medication will be chosen based on your weight loss goals
3 weigh in visits
1 additional provider visit of 30 minutes for encouragement and accountability
GLP-1 Option #1 is $199 per month, which is billed directly to the patient.
GLP-1 Option #2 is $240 for a 2-3 month supply, which is billed directly to the patient.
Pricing for Follow Up Weight Loss Visits are $85.00
GLP-1 Option #1 and #2 are the same pricing as above.
Pricing for Consultation and First Month of Skinny Shots, including Lipo +, Lipo-Mino Mix and Lipo-Stat, is $160.00 (these injections must be administered in the office weekly. These injections can be administered with or without GLP-1 injectable medications.

Additional Monthly Pricing with Skinny Shots, including Lipo +, Lipo-Mino Mix and Lipo-Stat, is $85.00 (these injections must be administered in the office weekly).
A 30 minute visit with provider to ensure continued success with the program
3 weigh in visits
1 Month Supply of Medication including overnight shipping and injection kits
Skinny Shots can be used in combination with GLP-1 medications to assist with weight loss progression, there is an additional fee of $40.00 for these injections, and they must be administered in the office weekly.

*1/2 of visit fee is required for initial weight loss visits.*
A card on file is required for continued services.
No-Show Fee for any missed weight loss appointment, outside of the initial appointment is $100.00
There is a $10 injection fee, if you would prefer the provider to perform the GLP -1 injection, which is required weekly. Total for 4 injections would be $40.00
